Grishko are dedicated to developing and producing the best and the safest ballet shoes in the world. They undertook a thorough research study into the production of ballet shoes in Russia over more than two centuries, analysing the work of the most skilled craftsmen who had supplied shoes from the greatest stars of the Bolshoi and Maryinsky Theatres.  Grishkos shoes are all handmade with the craftsmans dedication to his own perfect product.

Grishkos most popular model and the premier Russian-made pointe shoe, Grishko 2007 fits a remarkable variety of feet and has a beautiful, sleek appearance. Its anatomical form was designed to relieve pressure on the big toe joint, based on targeted studies of foot shape and pointework dynamics. Grishko 2007 is lightweight, supportive and comfortable, with a somewhat tapered box and medium platform, supportive yet non-constrictive medium-height U-shaped vamp, and 3/4-length shank with Grishkos roll-through design. New anatomical form extremely supportive and comfortable for all kinds of feet. The specially designed extra light model with a suede machine-stitched sole provides an easy transition from the demi-pointe to the pointe and back. The shoe is distinguished by its perfect balance and placement, outstanding durability, lack of noise and perfect comfort. Ribbons sold separately.
